Fulfillment Process

When you order your item may be complete or it may require fabrication.  Expect 1-4 weeks for fulfillment, in addition to your estimated shipping time. I’ll keep you updated on the progress of your order, including a tracking number when it ships. If you would like to have your order arrive by a specific date, please either make a note at checkout or email me at so we can see what’s possible.

Returns / Refunds

Because each piece is handmade, and usually to order, I cannot accept returns.  I want you to be happy with your purchase, please reach out to let me know the problem, and I'll do what I can to make it right.

Please confirm any details such as ring sizing prior to placing your order - if you have questions about this please reach out.   Once I receive your order, I will begin working on your piece and cannot make changes.

While I make every effort to safely pack your piece for transport, there is of course always a small risk of a shipping accident! If you receive a damaged piece of jewelry, you may return it within 7 days of receipt. I will repair the damaged item and return it to you. You are responsible for shipping costs associated with sending it back to me.  I will cover the shipment back to you. I recommend that you insure any shipments for up to the value of the returned item. Please send me an email at to let me know about the damaged item prior to shipping. 

Shipping Policies


I currently do not ship overseas


All orders addressed to domestic destinations will ship with United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail (1-3 business days). You will receive an e-mail notification when your order ships, including a tracking number. 

Please remember that the shipping estimate provided at checkout does not include the time to make your item.  For rush orders, please get in touch before placing your order by emailing me at to see if I can accommodate your request. 

For domestic orders over $150, I offer free priority shipping.

I ship using minimal and recycled packing materials in order to minimize our environmental footprint.
